The first signs of life, even though small, made a big impact. The single celled organisms that started to form meant the beginning of life on earth.

3. Monkeys and apes evolve

Without the evolution of monkeys and apes we would not have evolved into our culture today. There would be no human race.

4. Man learns to control and use fire

Fire is an important factor in our everyday lives. Without fire we would not have the technology that we have today.

5. Man cultivates his first crops, wheat and barley, in Near East

Man cultivating his first crop shows that now they can make a living for themselves. For example they can eat part of their crop and trade the rest.
